Advanced Training and Recruitment Apprenticships

For anyone who would like to know a little more information about Apprenticeships in your area take a look at Advanced Training and Recruitments Apprenticeships blog.

Apprenticeships are physical work placement courses where you will earn a wage alongside gaining experience. When on an Apprenticeship program you will be working towards a nationally recognised qualification in your chosen career path.
In England anyone over the age of 16 must now enter further education until the age of 18 and this is perfect for those of you who need the money while learning.
An apprentice course can take form one to four years to complete pending on what level you would like to qualify in your chosen career. With a minimum salary of £2.65 per hour you will not be receiving the national minimum wage however many apprentices earn significantly more pending on their chosen field.

Apprenticeships are open to anyone over the age of 16 however there may be requirements when applying for these courses.

Even though you are learning in a workplace, this will not give you full responsibility when carrying out the job role, this may be because of health and safety reasons however you will earn more responsibilities as your course and yourself progresses.
