Agency Workers Regulation


On the 1st October 2011 the governments implemented the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR). This legislation entitles the same working conditions and employment rights as if they were recruited directly if the member of staff completes 12 weeks in the same job.  

After the 12 weeks the equal treatment entitles staff to equal pay, treatment, working conditions, overtime, holidays, annual leave and plenty more.
